By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides days-only countdowns and widgets. The App is provided "as is" and may change over time.
The App offers an optional subscription ("Pro") that unlocks unlimited countdowns and widgets.
Payment is processed by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings before renewal.
You can cancel at any time through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Refunds (if any) are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own use.
You agree not to misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access or interference.
The App, branding, and design are owned by TEXNI VELOCIDAI S.L. and protected by applicable laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
